HDS Currently achieves between 2500 & 2800 Home Deliveries per week to all UK Postcodes for companies such as B&Q, Homebase, Screwfix, Jeld Wen, ATT Fabrications and other major Home Improvement Companies

Delivery Status

All Vehicles have a 2 man crew, which we feel is important and the customer is informed of the delivery status regularly as it updates This aids the customer in planning their day and facilitates a smooth delivery on behalf of your organisation.

At HDS we pride ourselves in having a highly trained and motivated team of staff to deal with all aspects of dealing with Client and Customer requirements.
A Dedicated team responsible for the pre - booking delivery of your products to Customers Homes via contact through either Telephone, Letter, Fax, E mail or even Text message.

Our Customer Care Centre has up to date technology and our own bespoke computer system that even allows you, via a web portal, to see live reports such as delivery schedules, stock levels, proof of delivery or even book orders straight on the system leaving your own staff time to concentrate on important aspects within your own Company.

Co- ordination of last minute requirements of customers needs to our drivers to ensure delivery is made to the highest standards possible.

Storage and Distribution Centre

Our storage and distribution centre is a fully serviced building with a fully integrated stock management procedure in place, Strategically situated in the centre of the UK to optimise on both inward and outward traffic and goods.

- 100 % audit of all our outbound Home Delivery Service vehicles to minimise door step failures due to damage, missing items etc, therefore maximizing the ' First time in full ' performance levels for all.
